EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ON OUR WARRANTY PAGE (WHICH IS HEREBY INCORPORATED INTO THESE TERMS), Capsulier DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ACCURACY.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
